Today there are many standing in the way of the truth of Christ.

The following is a warning of the repercussions of this, for the Lord's Word has not or does not change from the beginning of creation 🙏♥️

When Apostle Paul (Saul) stepped out on his first missionary journey, he demonstrated immediately the power of the Holy Spirit.

He came up against "Elymas" who sought to keep Paul & Barnabas from seeing Sergius Paulus , the deputy of the country.

Sergius desired to hear the Word of God.

Acts 13:8 KJV — But Elymas the sorcerer (for so is his name by interpretation) withstood them, seeking to turn away the deputy from the faith.

Acts 13:9 KJV — Then Saul, (who also is called Paul,) filled with the Holy Ghost, set his eyes on him,

Acts 13:10 KJV — And said, O full of all subtilty and all mischief, thou child of the devil, thou enemy of all righteousness, wilt thou not cease to pervert the right ways of the Lord?

Acts 13:11 KJV — And now, behold, the hand of the Lord is upon thee, and thou shalt be blind, not seeing the sun for a season. And immediately there fell on him a mist and a darkness; and he went about seeking some to lead him by the hand.

In Acts 13:10 - the phrase "right ways of the Lord" has the Word "right" = euthys = straight, level

Where else is this spoken?

Jesus said:

Matthew 7:13 KJV — Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:

Matthew 7:14 KJV — Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

"Broad is the Way to Destruction"

The "right ways of the Lord" are the strait gate & narrow way.

But most of all , you can see how Gracious & Merciful our Father is, even with Elymas, he could have chosen to destroy the sorcerer on the spot. (Through Paul via the Holy Spirit)

But he made him blind , giving him a chance to see the truth, of Jesus Christ.

Ephesians 6:12 KJV — For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

Turn back to Jesus Christ, for the darkness you are comfortable with, is not the darkness closing in🙏♥️
