  • Times we are in

The attached photo was found at a local suburban shopping centre, stuck on the post of the Troll ey shelter. The person thought it was important enough to spread there message, so I felt it was important enough to read it. Here it is: “COVID19 is a US Imperialism, Zionist A New World Order Control Stop Uber Eats etc ...... Stop paying by card Use Cash Cash Only Stop Online Shopping etc.... Old is Gold , Find God , speak to him pray.... How do I respond to this as a Christian? “In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.” ‭‭Genesis‬ ‭1:1‬ ‭NKJV‬‬ Does Our Lord being so omnipotent to form creation, have no influence over our current situation ? “The Lord said to him, “Who gave human beings their mouths? Who makes them deaf or mute? Who gives them sight or makes them blind? Is it not I, the Lord?” ‭‭Exodus‬ ‭4:11‬ ‭NIV‬‬ How do we make sense of what is happening? “Yea, the stork in the heaven knoweth her appointed times; and the turtle and the crane and the swallow observe the time of their coming; but my people know not the judgment of the Lord.” ‭‭Jeremiah‬ ‭8:7‬ ‭KJV‬‬ If we are at home in our flesh we are concerned about our flesh, & away from the Lord. “Therefore we are always confident and know that as long as we are at home in the body we are away from the Lord.” ‭‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭5:6‬ ‭NIV‬‬ How do we find peace in theses times ? “Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” ‭‭John‬ ‭14:6‬ ‭KJV‬‬ What was the promise to see the truth? “And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.” ‭‭John‬ ‭14:16-17‬ ‭KJV‬‬ In Short: All things are purposed according to the Lords timing for the Salvation of Souls. Every persons journey is individual according to the Lord, we are different levels of understanding. No one person has all the answers but the Body of Christ will resonate with the truth. There is no time like this & we are privileged to walk in Christ Jesus footsteps during these woes. May the Grace & Peace of Lord Jesus Christ be with you in your endurance to the end.

  • Forgiveness of the Greatest Kind

Oskar Groening - The Accountant of Auschwitz Dubbed the “bookkeeper of death”, 93-year-old Groening was tried in Germany on 300,000 counts of accessory to murder for sorting and storing the money of prisoners at the Auschwitz death camp. He testified that he knew Jews were not expected to leave the camp in Nazi-occupied Poland, and admitted on the first day of his trial to sharing in “moral guilt” Notably Oskar was one of the few former SS members who did not hold back on the truth of what happened, thereby eradicating any claims made by Holocaust deniers. "For me there is no question that I am morally guilty." "I ask for forgiveness." "Whether I am criminally responsible you must decide." For I acknowledge my transgressions: and my sin is ever before me. Psalms 51:3 Eva Mozes Kor - Survivor of Auschwitz Eva was a survivor of Auschwitz & Medical experiments performed on her by Dr Josef Mengele. Eva was one of a set of twins - the only survivor. The pair were victims of torture at the hands of the notorious Josef Mengele, who tortured more than 1,000 twins and other Auschwitz prisoners. He injected Ms Kor and her sister with germs and chemicals while taking large amounts of their blood. As a result, Ms Kor developed a high fever and was given two weeks to live but against the odds she recovered. Eva lost her mother during life & death selection process by the Nazi's along with many of her relatives. She went to Germany to give evidence at the trial of Oskar Gröning, who worked at Auschwitz. She could have gone with bitterness, sorrow & unforgiveness..... “Therefore I will not restrain my mouth; I will speak in the anguish of my spirit; I will complain in the bitterness of my soul. Job 7:11 I wanted to know how he would feel if I approached him. I wanted to thank him for having some human decency in accepting responsibility for what he has done. We were two old people reaching out, although I never expected him to hug me and kiss me — absolutely not. In my testimony, I told him I forgave him. "I have forgiven all the Nazis. I could not have imagined doing this 22 years ago. Back then, I was a very good victim. I was angry with the world and I hated everybody. I yelled a lot. I was very unhappy.” Eva did face much backlash from the Holocaust Survivors community but she endured. If Eva can forgive so much ? How is it that we still struggle to forgive for so little? “For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. 15 But if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses. • How do I know it’s God talking to me ?

The power of God is indescribable but you will see how he does speak to us much like he spoke to the Church of Ephesus. Much like a Father or Mother he talks to us reassuring us in his love first, just like when he spoke to the Church of Ephesus in Revelation 2:1 “I know your deeds, your hard work and your perseverance. I know that you cannot tolerate wicked people, that you have tested those who claim to be apostles but are not, and have found them false. You have persevered and have endured hardships for my name, and have not grown weary.” ‭‭Revelation‬ ‭2:2-3‬ ‭NIV‬‬ He reassures us before letting us know what we have fallen short on: he defines the problem but is always there for you. Not to condemn but to correct through the conviction of the Holy Spirit. “Yet I hold this against you: You have forsaken the love you had at first.” ‭‭Revelation‬ ‭2:4‬ ‭NIV‬‬ That is the Spirit of God , not to condemn but to correct. The Devil will condemn you straight away , he has no compassion & is hate filled. We are being attacked in our minds like never before, the Prince of the Power of the Air is out there.....he has the airwaves, music , the daily conversation, the hearts of people we have to work with. So that negativity that is not the voice of God is bombarding us continually. If your not careful that voice goes into your mind then permeates your heart & then starts to come out of your mouth. “But those things which proceed out of the mouth come forth from the heart; and they defile the man.” ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭15:18‬ ‭KJV‬‬ Gods word will always finish with a promise. ““He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To him who overcomes I will give to eat from the tree of life, which is in the midst of the Paradise of God.” ’” ‭‭Revelation‬ ‭2:7‬ ‭NKJV‬‬ The tree of life in this world for you & I, is the cross of Jesus Christ , everything that was won at the cross. When he rose from the dead the Bible says he took captivity captive, & gave gifts unto men. “Therefore He says: “When He ascended on high, He led captivity captive, And gave gifts to men.”” ‭‭Ephesians‬ ‭4:8‬ ‭NKJV‬‬ He gave us a Power to live a new life , the ability to have a new mind, he gave us the ability to walk where we couldn’t in our own strength & believe that we can become everything that God has called us to be. God said if you let me speak to you, if you let me talk to you, if you let me warn you of the consequence that can happen if you disregard my voice, I promise you that everything that was bought for you on the cross will be yours. You will become a new creation , you will bring honour & glory to the name of God. You will have bounce in your step, light in your eye , you will have hope in your voice, there will be power in your prayer. Thats the Voice of God, may we have an ear to hear🙏

  • Using your circumstances to make a difference.

When we met a young man on the street - educated & no where to live, we introduced him to Jesus Christ. He accepted. - Hallelujah 🙏🙏🙏 Whilst we have seen the Lord make many changes to people on the street there is still work to be done. The Lord will make the difference in areas where we have no control or resources, but we are obligated to make a difference in peoples lives where we can. What do you think? “But someone will say, “You have faith, and I have works.” Show me your faith without your works, and I will show you my faith by my works.” ‭‭James‬ ‭2:18‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

  • What drives us to Church?

Why do we get up regularly to not only participate in our local churches but even to serve & setup for the day’s Worship? You maybe part of the Setup team, Packup team, Creative Worship Team(Music), Welcome Team, Catering Team, Kids Program....etc My experience starts at 7:00 am - Service at 10:00 am - hopefully out by 12:00 pm to continue on with my families day. This commitment can be onerous - hence every Church wishes to have its own premises to reduce the impact on its members. But fellowship of others in the Church is important- reinforcement, correction & learning of our Faith in Jesus Christ. We are one body of Christ with different parts, There are also different bodies with different members so there is no one way to praise & worship the Lord. Only one way to God.......through our Lord & Saviour Jesus Christ.🙏🌈🔥💕

  • Supplying the physical need

From a generous donor we supplied a Laptop to a Young Man on the street. This helped him to reconnect with his online applications for Work & University. He has since acquired an apartment through Welfare support & is back reconnected to society.

  • Last Night we gave out a Mobile Phone

We caught up with Zac , after a good nine months of not finding him since he said the prayer of Salvation with HOH. It is always interesting to find how his life has developed. Zac was still living under a bridge & he still had his New Testament. He was not pulling close to Jesus. We took him through the "Way of Life" presentation to reaffirm why he made his decision for Christ. He was refreshed & recommitted to the Lord Jesus. We also provided him a Mobile phone we had already setup , with a way to contact us through our site if he had a need. My Question is this: Although it is not biblical, should we follow up with reinforcement of his faith & needs once he has given his life to the Lord?

  • Discussing the Gospel:

#community #team We met Mark on the street , he was well read in the Gospel. There were a number of gaps in his learning, we introduced the book of John to him. For the word of God is alive & active.Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul & spirit, joints & marrow; it judges the thoughts & attitudes of the heart - Hebrews 4:12 NIV Mark plays spoons to music as a street busker & is very talented - he is recovering from a few challenges & prayers are welcome,

  • How do we Minister ?

The Lord has a big impact on who & how the message is delivered - we are the vessels #helping #faith #jesus #community Scotty is a testimony to the power of Jesus Christ. He has been on the streets for 2.5 years, Scotty gave his life to Jesus Christ one night in March 2019. He has been seeded & watered by many Christian Brothers & Sisters. 3 Weeks ago he was Baptised - he proceeded to do a "belly flop" once he had accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord & Saviour, who said God doesn't have a sense of humour. Scotty has now received housing via Welfare assistance - Yay God!!!
